A soft, clean, cool-to-neutral sky blue.
It is typically semi-transparent to semi-opaque with a soft, velvety, matte finish. Because of its lighter tint value, it behaves almost like a pastel blue right out of the pan, providing gentle coverage rather than heavy staining.
Excellent for rendering shallow water, tranquil sea surfaces, and crystalline ice or snow shadows.
