PRICING
Due to the linked exchange rate system, all prices shown on the website are in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD). For international orders, you will be charged the exact exchange rate by your credit/debit card from your bank. Please check the currency converter to estimate the exchange rate for your currency.
PAYMENT
We accept all credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) as well as PayPal payment.
We do not hold or save the card information. All transactions are processed secure and encrypted by payment systems or processors.
INTERNATIONAL TRANSACTION FEE
You may be charged an extra fee from the credit card company which displays the name of L’oeil. Please note that the fee is not charged by L’oeil. We do not have the authority to refund the fee since it is charged by your bank when you make a purchase outside your country. Please contact your credit card provider or bank directly in regards to this charge.

For hot foil stamp machines, as they are shipped from different places, the shipping rate is different in regard to the products.

We use Hong Kong Post with a tracking shipping service to ship all your goods. You will receive your item(s) between 1-3 days.

PURCHASING PROCESS
The technical steps required in creating the contract between you and us are as follows:
· You place the order for your products on the website by pressing the confirm order button at the end of the checkout process. You will be guided through the process of placing an order by a series of simple instructions on the Website.
· We will send to you an order acknowledgment email detailing the products you have ordered. As your product is shipped we will send you a despatch confirmation email.
· The completion of the contract between you and us will take place on the despatch to you of the Products ordered unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order, or you have changed or canceled the order by contacting us within 24 hours of placing the order.
Non-acceptance of an order may be a result of one of the following:
· The product you ordered being unavailable from stock.
· Our inability to obtain authorization for your payment.
· The identification of a pricing or product description error.
· You not meeting the eligibility to order criteria set out in the main Terms & Conditions.
VALUE-ADDED TAXES(VAT)
L’oeil is a Hong Kong limited company and complied with Hong Kong regulations. We do not charge our customers any taxes. However, you may have to deal with customs and import taxes. This tax may vary from country to country and it is based on the total parcel values.
INTERNATIONAL TAXES AND DUTIES
We ship international packages DDU ( duties and taxes unpaid) which means the customs fees are not included in the price of the goods you purchase from us. All fees are applied to the recipient in order to receive the parcel. International customers are responsible to pay any inbound duties, taxes, and any fees charged by the local customs authority.
RETURNS
By placing an order on our website, you accept and agree on the use and description of the products. We are not accepting any returns based on unwanted reasons. If you have any questions about the products and need further information about them, PLEASE CONTACT our customer service at contact@loeilart.com or message us on messenger. We will reply to you within 24 hours.
